"Andries Luycassen was an interpreter on the 1638 voyage of the Kalmer Nykel with Pieter Minuit (brother of Lizabeth Minuit and brother -in-law to her husband Jan Andries Huyck). Also on board was Hendrick Huygen. Son of Jan Andries Huyck and his first wife Sybille Raet.( sister of Pieter Minuits wife.)"
